Our client is a small residential contractor based in the Thames Valley area, with multiple sites within 30 minutes of their offices. They require the services of a Multi-trader, also known as a Customer Care Operative that has customer-facing skills to not only execute remedial and “making good” work, but also partial administration skills to monitor and maintain their diary.

The ideal candidate would have a track record correcting residential defects in a new build environment and can demonstrate this with a prior history working for national housebuilders or similar residential developers.

It would also be advantageous to have an understanding of the NHBC Build Regulations.
