Meet the team

Adrian Fisher

Adrian started his recruitment career in 1996 as an understudy to a traditional Headhunter.
Initially specialising in the commercial fit-out sector Adrian quickly established a skillset for researching and contacting hidden professionals in the contracting industry. Housebuilding came calling and it was here Adrian settled building his contacts, to which are still clients and candidates today.

In 1999 at the age of 21, Adrian established Adrian Fisher Ltd. With a thirst to understand the Housebuilding sector, Adrian was mentored by the present-time influencers in the industry and wasn’t afraid to ask a question or two, giving him an in-depth understanding of the diverse roles on offer. In his 20’s, Adrian prioritised his resources towards junior to middle management in all disciplines.
In his 30s, Adrian’s customer base was strengthened with multiple national house builders seeking his skills, whilst Adrian also maintained his contact with his small boutique clients. Adrian’s knowledge of the industry and honesty towards his connections had opened doors to more senior assignments and requirements.
Now, in his early 40’s, Adrian is asked to advise on formulating new offices and sustaining large teams.
One of Adrian’s proudest achievements is the length of service from his staff, attributed by great company culture and career development.
